Took some measurements on my wing tube it is approximately 1 x 36 inches Which in milimeters would be 25 x 915mm. TBM has one that is 25 x 760mm Which is about 6 inches too short.
TBM has one that is 1 x 36 but the AM tube is slightly under 1 inch diamater. So I could be wrong, but I believe it to be 25mm diamater. Last edited by Greyhoundman; 10-29-2006 at 01:44 AM. |

Call Troy Built Models and tell them what you need. They can tell you exactly what you need. They sell a ton of CF tubes that go in AM. They are a dealer too...

They sent me an email a week or two ago telling me that they did not have tubes for the AM Yak and did not know when they were getting them in.
I would love to get at least a wing tube and probably a stab tube to get some weight out of the tail before Christmas time. My Yak is right around 17lbs so It would easily be one of the lightest ones out there with cf tubes. |

DA sells PBG carbon tubes, they may have one that fits, and graphtech has carbon tubes as well.
