I must say I've been out of the loop for awhile when Jason Noll is flying JR with his father running the Futaba team. Anyone know why he switched?

Shaker,

I don't mind telling you why I am now flying a JR radio. I recently resigned from Hobbico and with that Hobbico wanted the Futaba gear back.I offered to fly Futaba throughout the rest of the summer but they declined so I invested some of my winnings in what I feel to be very reliable equipment! Unfortunately for them they could not be a part of my success for the NATS, Don Low Masters or the Tucson Aerobatic Shootout. As far as my father and I, we get along better than ever! We are father in son and fellow competitors and we do not let red or orange stand between that!

Jason

what is the difference that people get to feel, is it a positive karma thing, cause i can never feel it, i did feel a little stress once trying to simply allocate in a 10x a second aileron servo to Chanel 5 the gear one for a jeti 5ch receiver for a mate. How do you do it, in the MZ i just use the function menu, allocate aileron2 to chanel 5 and off ya go..

Brand loyalty is something that I can't understand. I have a JR. I bought it, because it had the most functions for the best price range in it's class at that time. Do I feel some emotional attatchment or like I'm a part of team or something? Not really. I guess if I got stuff for free or was paid to use it that my be a different story.

For me, I'd be flying JR regardless whether I was on Team JR or not.
I flew it for years before being asked to be on Team JR.

I am pretty sure 99.9% of the Team feels the same way.
Its not about the discounts.
