OK.........that's what i was looking for , just a strait answer. I didn't want to make it sound like i was getting pissed , .........but , well......I WAS! ya can't blame me , i have a few $$$ tied up into these planes and i thought i was going to be hung out to dry. tank....your response makes alot of sense , but from the other posts above , they we're making it sound like i wasn't going to be able to even buy parts for my planes , when i didn't know i did anything wrong.

And garrett.......I'm sorry if i put you on the spot. I didn't mean any disrespect or anything like that , so please don't take it personal , it was directed at AM.....NOT YOU!

this sounds like it got pretty messed up with the two owner's , and i hope ( NO...I PRAY!!) that AM makes a full recovery , because i for one am a solid AM DIEHARD. I may be wrong on this account as well , but i think "sammy" was probably ( like i said i could be wrong) the accountant responsable. I will just leave it at that , there's no need for me to start any war here.

And garrett.......i would like to request something from AM , that i think would probably help their sales on the yaks. If you look at cheif's website , their biggest selling and most exspensive yak they sell , is in the "Russian thunder" scheme. If you guys copied or even came close to that one scheme , i think you would probably sell that one version , more than any other.......just a thought.

NP Jeff, the Russian thunder will be available through AM, this is not a problem because it's a AM color that was sold only to Chief, but now that their not a dealer any longer AM can go ahead and sell them to their customers,....................I love that scheme too!!

Thanks chuck......

And again , until now , i had no idea that CA would have been involved in something like that. they have always been just a good strait up business. it sounds like they made a bad call on the whole deal. Do you guys think that it may be possible for CA to get involved bussiness wise with AM again one day?

I think your right Jeff, someone just made a IMO bad call on Chief's behalf.
I deal with Chiefs, and have never had many problems with them at all.
Personally I buy from them quite abit, decent prices, and they are pretty close too me.
As a matter of fact I'm waiting on parts from them now..........just not AM related.
I'll continue to buy from them.

Well, I did not expect all of this from my original question. I have been looking to buy from Chief Aircraft. If all this is true I am REALLY soured on doing this now even if it is a great deal. Sort of the same feeling of buying the stolen watch for a great price. I am not going to profit at the expense of another. Soooo, I have time I can wait and see what the new company offers. I would rather pay more for something honest.
