Hello,
is there someone who bought this model? I need to know how does it flies, and your set-up. Is there any construction topic in this forum concerning this model? http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/a...1&d=1162483694 Last edited by WingofItaly; 11-02-2006 at 05:22 PM. |

I really like that scheme! I have seen some threads around here lately on this model. I believe Adrian is getting one soon.
Edit- just noticed the title says 2x2, does that mean 2 meter? I thought it was a 35% |

Here in Europe there is only the electric option, the engine installation is the dilemma... |

Hi
Me and Adrian are getting the 35% but these babies are arriving in the shipment as well. It is designed for DA50 or Evolution45 max. Use all the light hardware possible to keep it light. Should fly great. Cheers, Ziv |

my concern is the nose of the fusolage this is rather different from the standard, the nose is open only under the fusolage and I don't see any engine support. what is your suggestion? http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/n...reply&p=123129 Last edited by WingofItaly; 11-02-2006 at 04:44 PM. |

Optical illusion on my part. The motor goes down in that cavity... My fault.

Gidday all
My name is Barrie and I am the Agent in Australia for the Xtreme range of products. I have just assisted a friend in fitting an MVVS 45 magnesium casting engine. We used standoffs and the engine ended up with a 10mm gap at the front, we used a recessed spinner and it now looks great. This particular model we used 5955TG servos all around. The horns were doubled up and ball links used for all surfaces. If you are after a manual, Xtreme has not produced one yet, but i have written a manual for the 2.6mt Xtreme Edge and it would be fine to use this as a guide. http://www.xtremecomposite.com.au/ma...ual_final4.pdf If you can keep posting your pictures, I will produce a manual over the couple of months with your pictures for the 2x2. Should you have any questions I will help where I can. Towball
