I'll try to take some more pics, but there's really not much here to see. It's your very basic arf assembly. glue the wing halves together. Install servos into the hatches, glue the stabs in then mount engine and servos.

The only problem with these models (I've got one) and an inverted motor is that it puts the tank centerline *way* above the engine carby. This can make getting a reliable idle very difficult with some engines.

yeah, I was looking at that last night. I'll probably put a perry pump on it to help. I had this engine in another plane inverted and it was a pita.

A Cline regulator would be a better option. I tried a Perry pump and it didn't help much at all.

Its a good plane, here is mine with an OS1.20AX mounted inverted. runs fine, no pump. I just got the spinner and waiting on my new 4 blade prop yet.. built it stock and its worth the money.

Man I love Mustangs, and mixing it up as well. That is a great plane, and Keleo makes custom exhausts for P51's. He made mine for my Top Flite with a 3W 75I in it. 3rd picture is when Kyle took the sticks........ It was fun to see him ring it out! Post some pics when you fly it@

Put 3 flights on it today and it flies great. Got sever elevator flutter on the right side due to the joiner wire being to flexable, but I'll fix that. Retracts actually hold up very well. I ran it into the rought cornfield and didn't even tear them out. Just gotta adjust the one side so it locks up. I hate setting up mechanical retracts. Should have some inflight pics later. Actually looks really good in the air and is a nice change of pace.

Hey guys, just a heads-up on the Nitro Models stuff.... they look great on the outside, and appear to be a fantastic value... but there has been issues with thier products all over. They are not real good with quality control on the woods. Soft stabs and spars have been the biggest problems, and high-G or high-speed has taken a number of them down.

I had the YAK, and the h-stab fluttered and folded going straight and level. I have seen other postings of similar incidents. It was a beautiful plane, but the balsa was so soft you could crush it with your fingers.

Not much you can do about it, unless you strip it and check it out. Not trying to slam or discourage, but don't be suprised when you make that WOT pass or pull a hard turn and something goes POP...
