if its the Triad area Ty, try the Winston-Salem field or contact Phil and Rhonda Vance, they usually run the contest at the field twice a year...its a good central location....

Things have been sort of hold for a few weeks, but I'd like to get dates and such firmed up this week. The problem has been scheduling, looks like it will have to be sooner rather than later . . . perhaps the end of this month or early Feb. Now that the holiday madness is behind us hopefully things will come together quickly.

Hey Ty , I must of been blind. I never saw this thread untill today. I know of a nice field to have some primer/bootcamp
 . Also have a good sized barn to hold static class. How bout it?FWB

I would love to come down for this. Schedule will dictate if I can make it, but that would be a great start to the season. Keep us/me posted about location and date. I would like to see at least 3 days of flying. MC |

Alright folks, thanks to Woodbutcher's generosity and hospitality we have a site and set dates: Feb 17, 18 at FWB's private field in Ashland VA (about 25 minutes north of Richmond) - bring your woolies and your chairs. The session will include both classroom time and flying time. I need to start building a confirmed list of pilots, so, if you know you're going make it please add your name to the list below:
1) Kent Porter 2) Alex Porter 3) Kent Huntsinger - aka - woodbutcher 4) Josh Bunn 5) Pride Grimm 6) Matt Richards 7) Bob Richards 8) Rodney . . .
