Default TOC Back in Business

Just checked the website and it looks like everythings moving forward for TOC Extreme. They state 2 containers of planes and even better prices!
They also have some behind the scenes pics of the manufacturing on the site.

I will say this with a Caveat... I don't know ANYTHING about the politics behind this certain situation...

But..in regards to your statement Jon....
wouldn't you want to get the better airplane, from the better person, who will be able to support their products??

Again, in this situation I don't know who that may be... but just a thought

AAARRGG!!.....MY HEAD , MY HEAD HURTS SOOOoOoOO BAD!!

***? Man , now i'm really confused. I had talked to garret a few weeks ago and he had mentioned that SD Models was the new ( or old aviation model's site) . I went and checked the site out here >>>> http://www.sd-model.com/index.htm and everything looks to be the same as AM , but under a different name. I know that garrett would run the company good and make all the RC flyer's happy , but what's up with that new TOC site? I wonder if they are the same company , with one being the manufacturer and one being the distrubtor?

I dunno......i hope everything is cool with the two companies as i know garrett to be a stand up guy and a firmm beleiver in his products , and i have heard through the grapevine that "sammy Lee" is another great guy who got thrown under the bus on the whole "Aviation models" sceme.

Hopefully.........everything is cool and we ( the consumer's) will get a great product for a reasonable price. I love the AM quality and a few of these new schemes look BAD ASS!!

Here is my problem that keeps me awake at night.
Chief has the 33% Yak for 629.00.This new company, same,or what ever ,is promising cheaper planes, but not saying how much cheaper.
I understand that the big G has a problem with Chief and does not like them. However I have had a great amount of good dealings with them and have always been dealt right by them. Now I do not know the whole story nor do I care to hear or in this case read it.
Simply question is do I buy the Yak from Chief who has done no wrong to me or wait to buy them from God knows whoever for maybe a higher price?Plus I really like the scheme that Chief has in stock.

the new 33% is $729.00. go with chief. the older am planes are cheaper cause they are discontinued and need to be moved.

WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!

The SD-Model website states this about TOC1 and Aviation Model, "The unlawful business practice has caused SD-Model financial damage and image loss......SD-Model will directly handle all future marketing...." Where does this leave TBM and TOC-Xtreme?
