A few guy's at our club have a small hobby shop to support the local flying field, they sell their kits for a few bucks over cost. It's more like a local hangout with killer deals on JR products. I think I may order one tomorrow?

Not sure. I Asked Mike McConville about it over at rcu and he said it there for strength but you could remove it if you wanted to. I went ahead and got a carbon tube for it. The stock one weighs in at 8oz and the carbon one weighs 4

Hey Jim, since it does not look like a easy setup for a canister we can go with one of our large wraparounds to keep the noise down.

$319.00 is a great price for a newly released plane like this. I couldnt be happier with my 27% 260!

OK I just got back from the feild and all i can say is WOW!!!!! this thing flies awesome I had a friend of mine that is much more capable at 3d then i am fly it (to see its 3d capabilities) and he says it flies better then his H9 Extra 260. This thing will come in at a crawl for landing and basically only needs 10ft for takeoff. I will post video of it as soon as i can. Its very light on the controls and tracks very well only required 2 clicks of right aileron trim. Hovers very well. (and i cant hover) this thing makes me look good lol. overall i would recomend this thing to anybody. It DOES NOT HAVE THE NORMAL CAP TENDANCY OF SNAPPING WHEN AGGRESSIVE ELEVATOR INPUTS ARE MADE OR WHEN IT STALLS!!!! IT DOES HOwever have the usual coupling issues.
