It's part of the new lower prices that they have!
Chief bought theirs at a big blow out deal when WHATEVER MODELS split and can sell theirs for less. However we are promised new lower prices from SD MODELS.Will it happen? I don't think they will , but this is my opinion and everbody has one. They are the same plane,made by the same factory,to the same specs.Yes you will be able to buy parts, but they might come in a different scheme.At least this is what the big rumor mill was last time I checked. SD-Models is the name of the company now. The planes will be brought back to the market soon at even better prices! Well that is all that I will and think needs to be released. Garrett Morrison

I believe that Garret said that they would not cancel any schemes that he knew of.

SD Models claims that their models will be sold at 10-30% reduction. Right now they have the price set for a 35% YAK at $1099.99. That is over $100.00 higher than any of these companies have sold this plane. Not cheaper, cheaper means price reduction.

yea, at that price i'd rather get the aeroworks 100cc yak which looks pretty freakin nice too, comes with a fuel & smoke tank!
