I cant wait to get mine in the air. Just got one last week used but in excellent shape. My dad had one before with a 3w 100 and was crazy! It does the best knife edge spins I have ever seen! 3w-106 should be ballistic.

seems everyone hs suggested to stick with 2 servos per aileron. How would I stiffen it if I used 1 per side?
My H9 Sukhoi is setup with just 1 per aileron and it seems many others have done the same but if you guys say its required then ill add them! |

Strip the covering and sheet it with 1/16 balsa then recover. For the cost of 3 colors of ultracote and time involved I would just buy 2 more aileron servos.

point taken! Might have to slap 2 5955's each wing!
FYI I got the airplane today and it arrived with no damage so that was nice I iopened the boxes to look everything over once to verify the contents and then packed it back up. Now the hunt for a Super 80 has begun

Sorry that was directed at ThrottleStick - shoulda been more clear.
I had one a few years ago. I had a BME 106 in it and loved it. I have a 3W80 that's looking for a new plane and I'd love to get ahold of a brand new one. |

yes I was close but im still happy to get one nib ![]() I just missed a zdz super80 this week but im not hurt, no rush on this bird since fall/winter is closing in fast. Gonna take my time and make this the BEST setup I have owned! Its a long way to spring but this will keep me busy and give me time to scoop up a warbird as well

Just to let people know...I was informed that H9 HAS a limited production run in stock again, should be already at the various distribution centers so your LHS can orderand get it right away.I don't know how many were made in the production run, but I wouldn't wait if you want this awesome plane.I've been flying mine for about a year and a half (bought used airframe) with my old ZDZ 80RV and still love the way this plane handles (even after three crashes and repairs).Get it while it lasts.

I have a 232 Hargar Queen that is still waiting for me to fly it. I have a 3W 100 aboard with CF landing gear and standard tubes. I think I am around 25 pounds but old age and short memory began years ago. This plane is in A-1 shape but I need someone to spike my beer so I get off my duff and go fly it. I just need to tune in the servos with the radio and start the engine.

Quick dimensions--not totally accurate--4 inch spinner with almost 14 inches from firewall to front of cowl.
