I bought one of the goldberg hot stiks. Only around 100 bucks. super fun to fly. It comes with flaps. On a day with some wind, you can almost drop it right out of the sky on the runway. It has very large control surfaces, so the aerobatic possibilities are endless 3D stuff too.

I bought it for the exact same reason you are looking.

I put an OS 46AX and Macs pipe on it. It hauls ass.

I have a World Models Cap 232 and it is a great performer with a thunder tiger pro46. It does it all from hovering to rolling harriers. It should have the same power as mine with your engine on the airframe. The best thing is its only $119.

All your profiles wings come off? As in break off? You're flying the wrong profiles... look into a mojo, fusion 56, chinn yakk (if you can find one used, I assume you dont want to build), even a zero-G. Heck a bad boy would work well too.

personally i think the twist is awesome. i have a super tigre 51 on it and just standard servos and it flies great, i was harriering mine yesterday afternoon. the best part is it balanced out perfect with the gear i had. i got mine locally from a hobby shop for 92 bucks. i think the twist is just a great airplane for the price and the wing comes off too. well best of luck picking one.

no like the wing would come loose from the saddle and not by flying it hard
and the fuse would crack. it was overall a poorly built model. i would lather it with epoxy and the wing still came loose from the saddle. adrian do you have a link to that profile?

maybe a Model Tech Magic 3D(about $100). i havent flown it but i did see a video of it and it looks like it can do some cool stuff. i have a Great Planes U-Can-Do 3D .46 (about $150) and i think it flys pretty good. im running .50 engine in it though.
a good place to go is Tower Hobbies and if your not sure witch one just read up on some that you think you might like
good luck on your search on one you like to fly and is easy on the wallet

Hanger 9 has a new profile called a Tribute. Looks like a great plane. It comes in PNP and ARF.

how about the fun 51 from tower hobbies, its a kit but it looks nice, i mite consider getting one and a 46 would pull real nice. any of these planes we have offered are nice but when it comes to a 46 your kind **** out of luck, if ya dont mind spending a lil bit of extra cash do like me and get a super tigre 51, their only like 80 buck from tower and man do they pull or wat. well anyways hopes this helps and good luck.

oh yea who makes that airplane that has the pics on the previous page, jw thanks

It will harrier all day with the flaps. It will do KE Loops. Its fun to fly. It does a very nice inverted flat spin without losing altitude.

Looks like a bright green blur with smoke
