It makes me laugh and I can buy beer.
No really Extra 260 when she’s ready to go let us know. You have wasted everyone’s time on RCU and now it’s our turn? Use your hebetudinous questions on someone else, but not us. Thankie Hankie

49 post to 24 post and I'm a troll.
It's called fact, nothing personal it's just what I read. Some people ask questions "just to type" and some people ask questions to "learn". Mr. Extra 260 likes "to type".

Hey 260 - Your starting to grow some pretty thick skin there, bro - Kudos!
I have enjoyed flying Edge 540's for a little while - good to learn maneuvers that would otherwise raise the pucker factopr a bit. A well-designed and well-ballanced Edge, in my ameteur opinion, is very stable for a budding pilot. From what I've heard and learned to understand is that is exactly what makes the edge the least common (no facts to back this up; not trying to argue - just an observation) or least popular platform in IMAC competition - it's TOO stable. won't stall when a maneuver needs it to, until the darn thing is almost at a dead stop - even then it still wants to fly. Again, not fact; nothing scientific - just an ameteur observation. Fun as heck to harrier, though! I thionk it's a great plan to learn high-alpha - sort of like having training wheels. |

Well the edge is moving along slowly and is going backwards. I could not stand the covering and the turtle deck so all was taken off and the turtle deck to. I sanded the cowl and repainted it. I also fiber glassed the hatch. The canapy has been painted to. So now I am back to the arc stage. I am going to work on it alot this summer since I will be waiting on my compy. Hopefully it will turn out well.
