Totally understand. I listen to the throttle servo when I'm adjusting the throttle end-point and meachanical hard-stop. As soon as the pitch/sound of the throttle servo changes as the carb arm touches the mechanical hard-stop I reduce the end-point a few clicks until the servo pitch/sound goes back to normal then check that there is a slight gap between the carb arm and the mechanical hard-stop. In either case after reading this thread I'm going to revisit my throttle setup on my current plane. Still need to maiden my used 3DHS 74" Edge that I installed a new DA35 in. Thanks!
