Now that I finally finished my basement for my kids, I was able to get back to work on the Carden. Finished weight is 37 lbs 10 oz according to my scale. Maidened it this morning despite the oppressive heat and a couple of setbacks in the last week or two, and a couple of long nights . UNBELIEVABLE is all I can say. I have had alot of planes, but after only three flights I think this will be my favorite yet. Just started mixing, seems to do everything well. Will keep you posted. Thanks again to Tom Mikalauskas for the perfect frame job, Kurt and Mike at Fromeco for bailing me out of the jam I got in this week, and my flying buddies Steve Swahn and Lance Murphy for all of their support. Here are a few pics from this morning

Craig

Steve, Tony Russo got it matched for me when he was in Florida. Not perfect, but pretty close (better than anyone around here can do). I bought a quart if I remember correctly. If you need some, I would be happy to send some your way. Craig
