I did mine on the elevator channel and Aux 2.
To do this I: Turned on the TX while holding the ENT button. Scrolled over to wing type. The line that says "Dual," I scrolled until the box below "ELEV" was highlighted in the "Mate" line. Hit the selector and scroll to "AUX2" and you should be all mixed up so to speak. You can adjust the center and endpoints using the TX in the main menu when you turn the TX on and don't hold down the "ENT" button. Or, better yet if you're using Hitec digitals, program those bad boys. |

I origionally did what Ben did, but found it impossible to get the EXACT same throws on low, mid, and high rates. To do it the most precise way would be to use one of the multipoint mixes if you have one to spare. With it, you can set them up to throw exactly the same in all rates. As Dennis said, without us actually having our hands on your transmitter, it is pretty hard to walk you through step-by-step...once you have had one for a while the programming becomes pretty intuitive. Until then, the manual is your best friend.

I do it like Ben, no problem getting even throws, however I do program my 5955s in a tray before putting them in the plane, so after they are in any difference in throw is 99% of the time taken care of in the linkages.

I found the Hitec programmer to be worth it's weight in gold. If you're not using Hitec digitals though, it may need to do it bodywerks way. On the planes i've had in the past where programming the servos wasn't an option, I had to set up three different mixes on the same switch and then match the servos using the program in the TX. However, with a Hitec programmer, it's really simple to set up and I wouldn't do it any other way now.

Kool...you dont have to make a P mix like you had to on the older 8103. the 9303 is the cats a$$ just read the manual. your dual servo set ups are dedicated mix's. you just have to activate them

I was thinking about this thread today. I am an auto tech and work with many types of electronic equipment every day. Of course, reading the manual is important and cannot be substituted. There is however something else that is a great way to learn a new piece of equipmnet. PLAY! (with the plane on the ground) "What does this do?" is a great tool. You try a feature and find out something new or you come up with a new way to do something. I like to play with the radio and see what it can do. It is easy to plug up a bunch of servos and see what happens when you......
