New website feature, new posts!!
Hi Y'all,
Some of you prolly noticed the newest change to the site... It's a small one, but I think it will help us all keep up on the increasing amount of activity on our forums are seeing. Check it out, upper right corner underneath your login/pm/pager info. The new posts section is pretty self explanitory - a count of all new, unread posts will be displayed in this box, along with the option to reset and mark all of the posts read. Please let me know if the yellow on red colors are driving you nuts and I'll change 'em. FlyingGiants.com v2.0 is currently under development and will be released sometime in December. Updated design, new features, and more. Thanks a bunch! Your faithful hobby servant, Maxon

Fellas, not soo good news with this new feature -- it's killing the website performance. I've disabled it untill I figure out to optimize it. More info to follow, sorry about pulling the sweetness. BRB.

Allrighy, good news! The feature now works like it's supposed to.
The past few weeks, it has displayed "new posts since last visit".. With our recent upgrade, I have cranked this up. The # of posts reflected are the true number of unread posts on the forums. Be sure to reset by clicking "marked as read" to start off fresh. Hope ya enjoy!! MD
