chat help
i can't seem to access chat anymore. it just won't load. it stays grey. I've tried on dial up and highspeed. Anyone know anything i can try?

Matt, I had the same problem. I had to reload Java. Use this site http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

I can't log on to the chat with IE anymore. I have to use Firefox, and actually use Firefox to view the site period because IE doesn't ever load pages properly. The progress bar will be full for like 3 minutes and the page still won't load. So, try Firefox if you haven't already.
