Any guess on the proposed weight and wing loading?

BTW Jared, I changed the title to 172", hope you don't mind. Hell, anybody can have a 12' wing, you, my friend, are breaking the barrier!!!!

When I was a child I had this book with the character Popeye (remember him?) And Popeye built this boat in his basement. When he was all finished he realized he screwed himself and had no way to get the boat out of the basement. So he ate a can of spinach and knocked the house off its foundation to get the boat out.

So with that said... I hope you have a few cans of spinach or you can fit that thing through the basement door.

My Pop built a B-17 wing for his club in the Seventies , it was huge. It just wouldn;t snake through the door and hallway in the basement.

Out came a basement window and a few bricks......while Mom tapped her toe and shook her head.

It happens.

Those WINGS ,,,,,, I found a wonderful source for foamcutting www.eurekaaircraft.com Don the owner is the owner of Eureka Aircraft will be cutting the massive cores for this plane, and has a variety of services and extremely knowledgeable. I also encourage you to visit his site.

THE BUILDER,, For those of you that don't reconize the mastercraftsman in the pics he is John Light of MODELS BY LIGHT located in Harisonville Missouri he has several 40 and 50%+ aircraft that he is currently building for customers from all over the country, , , .

He specializes in 40% + aircraft and is well known in the GIANT plane world. I highly recommend him for any build projects that you other flyers may have. I've seen many of Johns planes,, and if you want nothing short of perfection with your new plane, than Models By Light is the builder for you.

I wonder what he is going to build for himself to put that pretty motor in? Is gona be BIG

I can back that up, John has been building stuff for me for about 6 or 7 years now and I have always been very pleased. Too bad he looks gay in that last picture. Not that there is anything wrong with that Johnny
