If you would have bought this one you would have money left over for a trailer. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=270062934081

Here is a 35% looks like in a focus wagon, If you deflect the rudder you can get a couple of extra inches. Or maybe you can remove it and get alot more room.

Making the rudder removable is another option.

Piece o cake!!

I used to wedge a 35% Carden, a 27% Ulty, an H9 Twist and a foamy into an '02 Mazda Protege5!

And yes, I still had room for a passenger (albeit a short one) in the front seat!

Doesn't really have anything to do with the original question, but I thought I'd show my airplanes + car photos. These pics were taken on the way home from NEAT fair this year (all aircraft are electric powered):

Two Stevens Aero Edge 540s
SA Groove 480
SA Stella
SA Dystraction
SA Adrenaline Rush
SA Stik (Setup for nightflying)
Czech "Kadet" trainer (setup for nightflying).
Flatouts Edge 540
Funtana 90, and a Yak-Byp Kit.

The car is a 2001 VW GTI There were three of us going down. All the planes went in my car, all the camping gear went in the other car. We got a couple of comments on our "clown car" routine as we unloaded at the site.
The Funtana 90 (e-powered) was my impulse buy while down at NEAT. So I wasn't really sure there'd be room for everything until I finally got it into the car. Glad I didn't have to throw anything out

To keep it on topic, I wanna go 50cc (30%ish) next year. Anyone have any experience getting that size of bird in one of these cars?

Tom
