Default Glow > Electric conversion.

I wonder if this would make a good electric conversion? It's an older House Of Balsa FW-190 that I built but never flew. It was meant for a Norvel .061. What size motor would work, any ideas?

How much does it weigh? or how much do you think it will weigh ready to fly...

do you want unlimited pull out of a hover?

I've got no idea what it will weigh. I've got to see if I can find the instructions for it. It doesn't feel super light thats for sure. And as far as pulling out of a hover, forget. It's only aileron/Elevator control and they're tiny.

Looks like they reintroduced this model. Maybe my axi 2814/12 would be good for it?

Jim.....the 2814/12 should haul that thing around nicely. With a 10x7 prop you should be pretty close to 400W depending on the battery.
