Hate to let her go, but sometimes life throws you a curve ball. Gotta get mamma finished with college, so all this will be taking a backseat for a while. This is one freakin sweet deal and an absolute steal to anyone who wants one of the THE BEST IMAC PLANES GOING right now.
Includes:
-Dalton Extra 300 Mark Earl Leseberg Edition about 80-85% complete. Please note: The wings, stabs and rudder were built by Rob Joyner of Competition Airframes and received the “lightening” treatment. Please see the build thread on this plane for more details on Rob’s work. Basically the wings, stabs and rudder are cored out and strengthened with carbon fiber tow. Man they are light… and extremely straight! I built up the fuselage and hatch. This is my second Dalton build, many of you may have seen my 260 back in 2006. I paid extra close attention to detail on this one and she will be a beauty. You can see a lot more pics of the plane as it was built on the build thread. The fuselage is completely setup for Grieves Tuned Pipes, and the mounts have been fitted. The hatch is complete and mounting hardware and fitting has been done. Check out the cockpit and instrument panel console. The main work left is to put on the wing and stab root caps and set the incidence, fit the fin to the fuselage, wing tube center fitting. Minimal work overall and you’ll have a smoking good IMAC airplane. UPS had to get a word in when Rob Joyner sent back the wings. You’ll notice then “tang” just inboard of one of the ailerons was broken off during shipping. Most of it is there. I have spoken to Rob and we agree that the big part can be glued back on and a small plug fabricated from balsa block for filling in the missing trailing edge. The very inside end of the aileron was broken as well, but a little foam safe CA and some patience could fix that. Since the wing root caps weren’t on the wing, and didn’t get broken, this is minor.
-A B&B Specialties 64 oz. fuel tank (new) is also included.
-An Aeroworks carbon fiber tailwheel assembly

You have any DA150 mufflers you would like to sell?? Or Mejlik 32x10 props and Tru turn 5 inch spinners???
