AGFrc recently released two purple family members for the full CNC case servo. The" coreless guy" A35CHM and "brushless guy" A35BHM. Both of these two brothers are twins, so they have same looking, but actually there are two different "guys".

A35CHM with more power 9.5-12.5kg.cm, and work in wide voltage from 4.8-8.4V, which can meet your high torque but smaller size device. The “brushless guy” A35BHM is a little gentle with power 5.0-8.5kg, but still can work from 4.8-8.4V, if you do not need much power, this one will suitable for you.

Both of them are in medium sized, but they can run very fast, if you have the high request for the running speed, they may be your choice. Both of them are in high quality which is made from import Japanese potentiometer, Taiwan gear, high precision CNC material.

Below some more spec for your review first, more details, pls go throuhg here: https://www.agfrc.com/

2016 I build a house in a gated community, my neighbors all around me have RC airplanes, I am working but think when I retire I want to get into model airplanes.

2017 I buy the Real Flight system to learn on and I practice.

2018 Well let's start retirement in July 2018.

I joined the AMA late December 2018 and have a member number, this is a pre-requisite to joining the RC- Club where I live.

2019 January: The first meeting of the club me and my friend go to I sign up. Someone comes into the meeting with 3 planes in kit form to give away with and one glow engine OS032.
The president grabs the top ARF trainer kit puts the engine on it and sets it aside. He then grabs the next kit something like the Wright brothers flew and says who wants it, it is taken. Same with the 3rd kit... gone. He looks at me and says here is your first plane.

I scrounge from my friends a Spektrum 5xe radio, parts, and I buy everything else I need to go flying.

I build the Happy Fly trainer and have not been authorized to fly it yet so it sits in the garage.

My friend sets me up on a buddy box and I practice with him, I have logged 6 flights no takeoffs, no landings for a total of 60 mins airtime.

Feb 11 I get an email from a member of the club, I have asked some of you if you want any of the planes in my garage to show up on Thursday at 9 am.

That Thursday I go to his house at 8:55 am, and he had 7 planes in the various status of competition and he only had 2 left. One was an electric plane needing a lot of work and one was this monster of a plane a Great Flight 300L 100" wingspan just the finished airframe, I took it. So far I have dual servo elevators and ailerons installed.

So it looks like right from a trainer to a giant I go.
I joined this site hoping to learn more and I have.

I will soon have a 3w85cc twin for my plane that I hope to fly next year after I am really good with the trainer.

What I need:
I am an in need of a good radio something with telemetry. DX9 or 14 Futaba
A matching receiver for the radio
Prop suggestions the engine is broken in so maybe a 26 x10?
A spinner for the prop.
Some heavy duty servos
3 battery packs
Kill switches and off and on

Thanks for reading my first post follow along on my build!
Joe

2/27/19: Today I met someone from another local flying club and picked up my 85cc 3W engine. It has good compression and is complete, another needed addition to my project.

Hobbico Twinstar:
I bought this off the club president for 300.00 back in 2015. He had only flown it twice, back then it had 2 blade 8 x 6 props and stock spinners. I found it really squirrely in the air. Knowing enough about propulsion, I changed out the props for 3 blades 9 x 5. this did two things for me. It smoothed out the flight characteristics a bunch. the props were larger so the motor acceleration curve smoothed out and produced less torque roll. the only real change in overall characteristic was I had to let the plane gather another 20 feet in ground speed to accomodate the thrust difference. Here is a list of all that is in the plane.
ENGINE_______________________
OS .25 nitro engines (x2)
OS no.7 glow plugs (x2)-medium range heat
Master Airscrew 9 X 5 3 blade (x2)
Dubro 3 blade no marks spinner (x2)

GREAT PLANES ULTRASPORT 60
I bought this at Lebanon Swap meet in 2014. After using realfight 6, I wanted one. Found one at Lebanon for 150.00. New unused Servos (5) for 10.00 each! I cleaned the plane up when I got home to assess the condition of the skin. I then wrote my list of steps I was going to take to bring the plane back to like new standards. I rebuilt the motor, Didnt really need it, but I like to make sure. Put in a new Long glow plug and it ran like a champ. I painted the prop so it could be seen easier, I don't like missing fingers... I de-skinned the wing and replaced the aging skin with new Solartex Red. I must say its pricey but is very forgiving and super easy to work with, worth the price if you ask me. I finally got the Ultrasport to run and look as new as it should. this was my first attempt at a refurb, thank goodness for years of building experience.

Modifications_______________________

-Ultracote white strips and Silver pinstripe
-Sullivan glow plug ignitor relocator
-Master Airscrew 12 x 8
- OS 61FSR motor
-OS No.8 long glow plug
-Spektrum servos
-Solartex True Red covering
- new 4-40 rods for landing gear
- larger 2.5 inch DuBro wheels
-New DuBro tailwheel
- New Batteries/ switches

My old profile of JEanes got screwed up, had me locked out for some reason and no one could seem to get it corrected. i have a lot of post and Trader Ratings over on RC Groups; all positive. I set up a new profile here by simply adding a " . " after my first initial.
