Hi guys,

Here is a short build log for the MX-5 v2 and the Harpoon v3.

The build is relatively standard for a foamie. I will post some pictures of my builds, and you can figure out how exactly you want to put your model together.

These are all photos of the MX-5, but the build is the same.

Post questions if you don't understand something!

To God be the Glory,

Free.

P.S. I will try to get a video of both planes soon.

Here's a video of the MX-5 v2!

***EDIT*** Now HD!!

Here are some pics of my newest plane, a mini "Arrow V.6", (designed in correspondence with fellow member "Not Free").

The plane is designed entirely after the Donatas Designs Arrow V.6.

I decided to try Thrust Vector on this plane, so I picked up some ball links from my LHS, made a motor mount and attached the motor. The only inconvenience was that I had to cross the rudder pushrod through the fuselage, so that the Trust Vector unit and rudder work in unison.

Setup:
Motor: HK 9 gram
Propeller: 7x3.5
Servos: Aileron: S60 Rudder: Hex 500 Elevator: HK 1.9 gram
Speed Control: Plush 6
Receiver: HK 2 gram DSM2
Battery: HK 2s 260mah
I am very happy with this setup!

EDIT: AUW 85 grams(a little heavier than I would like)

I maidened it last Saturday, it was VERY responsive and maneuverable, I need to work out some knife edge problems. The Trust Vector is fun.

I will try to get a vid soon.

P.S. PM for specs.
