READY TO SHIP AGAIN

Greetings everyone. I am back home now after undergoing spine surgery... If there was any way that I could have avoided that surgery and the incredible pain I underwent I would have done it no matter what the cost! Think of this with relation to hand starting those big meat grinders. I want to thank everyone for the e-cards, e-mails and well wishes... I appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

So now I am back home and can start shipping again. For those of you that have placed orders in the last week, I will get them out in the next day or two.

Thanks again everyone for your thoughts and prayers...
Richard

Its really hard to tell, did it kickback? Or did it start and hit you in the back of the hand? And I guess as long as Im asking questions, how are the fingers?

I commend you on your ability to not keep from shouting what most of us would have let rip!.

My friend, thank you so much for posting that video. I just went round and round with a guy that just refused to believe there is any danger of getting hit by a prop when starting your engine. He said..."just dont stick your fingers in the prop!""... dahhh!

Be smart...make that your last strike!...

Thanks again, I appreciate it..

I don't think they should call it a "Chicken Stick". It should be called "I like my fingers attached to my hand" Stick, or maybe "Smart Stick?" I don't know. Probably the later. Maybe? What do y'all think? Suggestions????? Quote from FB someone put up, and yes we all would be smart to protect our hands , we can not work or play if we are hurt, use the stick , it is a great tool that works so well

Thanks for the support guys and thanks for sending out the order Rich! My friend Mike ordered 2 aswell after witnessing this. It only caught the top of my index finger. The finger is bruised but only hurts to the touch now. This actually happened last night!

The plane had been sitting for about an hour. After a few no choke spins I decided to go choke on, full throttle. She popped over and got me. I was using too hand much and almost closing over the prop. I could have also been higher. The full throttle was also bad idea in hindsight.

Cant wait for the stick to arrive and ease my mind a little.

Yup, now you know for future reference that choke does not need WOT to start. Infact with a well tuned engine you never need any throttle to start
