Merry Christmas to all my fellow RC enthusiasts. If your are planning on gifting a RCS for Christmas please note that I am getting a lot of orders so if you want yours to arrive before Christmas you need to get your order in without delay. What better gift to give a fellow RC member then something that may keep them from being injured! ...Christmas shopping over!.

I wish to thank everyone for their support and wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year!
Richard

Well, this last weekend, I got to hear the loud sickening bang of my GP 123 kicking back on the stick, not my fingers. It was loud. It was hard, and I was so so glad my fingers weren't in that prop. Even holding the stick, feeling that impact through my wrist scared the crap out of me.

Thanks Rich.

Since your fingers are OK, which I'm glad to hear, how did the stick come out. Is it still OK?
See, it was so much better then if the prop would have got your hand!..I'm glad you was using the Stick.

Thanks for the post. Take note guys, dont risk it...it's not worth it.

It didn't even occur to me to look. I'm pretty sure there was no damage. Even if the prop strike had cut it in half, my god would I have gotten my money's worth! Not even to mention losing my fingers, twenty five dollars as compared to the bill of even showing up in the emergency room? I would have gleefully ordered another!

Well my friend, this is exactly why I make the RCS.
I am so pleased to hear reports like this, and I get many.
So glad what I made averted an injury and pain!

Thanks again for the post, stay safe....

The RCS works great!! I received mine on Saturday and I used it yesterday and today to start my 60cc and 85cc engines. This is really the way to go. I had been wearing a welder's glove to start my large gas motors for years. The RCS is a welcome replacement.

Thanks for making the RCS available Richard.

Anthony

I was out flying this morning. We ended up taking one of our club members to the ER room. Stuck his hand in a running nitro. Too much blood! Bad cuts! The RCS wouldnt have saved him but it sure makes you think about using your bare hands. I was flying my R-3 with the 170cc engine. NO WAY will I start that beast by hand. Could loose your arm with that prop.
Stay safe everyone. Keep your mind on whats going on please.

Richard
