Not sure how someone can say people went and looked at this guys stuff and it was ok. If stuff was ok and the price was reasonable then why didn't they buy any of the items after making the trip out in the first place???????? I have club members that checked his stuff out to find broken spars and the like that weren't obvious through the covering. There is a reason his stuff hasn't been sold in over a year after being posted on multiple online venues.

I have dealt with Ron also and he is a very nice guy. I purchased a 3DHS 91 55m and it was just as he said it was. I know he has a large collection of planes and equipment so you do see a lot of adds. He has been trying to sell the same 4-5 airframes over the past year or so. Just my two cents on the subject.

Folks are wicked scared of scammers and such. So, to most everyone, anyone with 0 feedback is automatically dubbed a scammer. We all started at 0 too.

Send them a PM, exchange phone numbers and actually talk to the person. Get a feel for them, and then ask for better and current pics of the item(s) you are interested in. Or find out if that person has any feedback elsewhere .

First off I have had no dealings with this guy and don't know him from Adam but...having said that, we all want a seller to know what he's selling and able to give us a reasonable description of the item and it's condition. He just listed a Used prop as a 24/25" when it was clearly just the size of the prop cover on a 24/9 carbon prop that sells for $75. He first listed it at $125.00 and after many guys leaving posts on his ad telling him it sells for $75 new...he relisted his Used prop at $85.. Yes hes can list it at $1000 if he chooses but his listing tells me I don't want to deal with him ..ever. jmo

Clearly he has a lot to learn in the hobby, but wasn't that the case for each of us at one time?

People say he has a lot of stuff but that he misrepresents the condition of his stuff. He has two gas planes at least. It’s weird because I spoke with him on the phone and he seems like a nice guy. Then he writes and it looks like an absolute trainwreck. I don’t understand what’s going on with him.

Takes all kinds in this world,some you just have to take with a grain of salt.
