Is it right thing?

I want a 60 degree but 50 is full.

It appears you're referring to elevator throw/angle...
If so, I'd say you have Full throw...unless you're gonna modify the horn..there is No More !

Servo arm is WAY too long. The travel looks to be limited by the mechanics of the control surface and the placement of the horn and the overall geometry.

Replace servo arm with a shorterone that allows that amount of travel with greater servo angle.

If more elevator response is desired then you can move the CG rearward.

Should be running 1.5" servo arm with that setup. You can overload your servo and cause it to burn up as is.

I always used EF manual.

EF manual is 2" servo arm.

I think OK line is ok, NG line is ng.

The only way that elevator will have more travel is if the horn is removed and replaced with one at a different angle that doesn't hit the stab. I always trial fit these before I glue them in place.

I don't care what the manual says, they are really only a guide not a bible. The geometry on that elevator setup is really bad.

It would help to see a side view of the stab and elevator at a level/flat position... and determine if the elevator horn/pivot is placed correctly(90 degrees exactly) to the hinge line. I'm a little suspicious of that horn placement, as well as other geometry issues, that apparently others are seeing as well.

That doesn't mean you can or can't get 60 degrees deflection from it.. as thickness's and bevels can still play a part.. but I agree definitely the elev horn is bottomed out on the stab.. and it wouldn't matter how long/short a servo arm is.. when the horn touches that stab, that's it.

Maybe a longer or shorter horn might change the geometry, but I won't try and figure out which or what... someone else may figure it out.
