what it costs in the US is not indicative of what it will cost in SA.

E.g. the Inverza 33 is $520 which at current exchange and VAT added should = R6520 but its actual cost is R9150-00 or $715-36.
Thats considerably more expensive than the $420-00 for the Pilot RC 24% which retail locally for about R4700-00.

A Pilot RC 30% costs R7200-00 locally which is R2000-00 less expensive than the Inverza 33.
A Pilot RC 35% retails for R10500-0o which is only slightly more expensive than a Inverza 33.

So I suspect that locally the Inverza 62 is going to be priced out of the market, probably as much as a Pilot.

Do you get it now?

I think many of us that have piloted the 280 version, will buy the 33 version, and later the 62 version. I confess that I'm tempted too. This model has such an unusual shape and is so fun to fly!!!

My 33 version still in his box for the moment... ... I have no time to assemble it. I'm impatient to see it in the sky.

The thing that stopped me from getting the 33 was the weight. Seems on the porky side for a 30cc and I measured it's stabs in the LHS. About the same size as my 71 slick, but smaller than the EF 78 extra. The dimensions and weights of this one looks better.

Hangar 9® Inverza™ 62 ARF 88.0 in

I have a picture of them side by side on the 3DRCF Toledo thread. They look pretty much the same scale as far as wing to fuse and stab. For a 30cc the 33 is on the heavy side and the 62 looks light for a 60cc. Still waiting for more info. I will get to see it in action at Nall I hope.

Can anyone tell me if the 62engine will fit so in the inverza 33 airframe?

i love the sound of the 62 engine with fuel injection .. suppose it would be overkill for the 33 airframe?
