Question
Choke lever connection

Does anyone know if i can use metal to metal connection on the choke arm?

I guess you could call mine metal to metal, but I use a 2/40 ball link so there is no way to get any metal to metal rubbing.-- Smitty

4-40 ball link and threaded rod for a pull. Can use a couple nuts jammed together.

I do the same... a wheel collar on the outer push/pull area seems to be a nice finger grip... simple, light, and most of us have some laying in a drawer somewhere.

I also put a piece of fuel tubing on the shaft portion, it seems to protect the cowling exit...as a cushion so the pull wire doesn't damage the hole if/when there's vibration.
