Coolest video ever ! Very glad the full scale is okay, toy planes can be replaced. BTW the guy on the radio aka spotter should have said something. Full scale pitts are loud and I'm sure it was heard with enough time to move out of the way.

If your talking lawsuit thats fine. Good luck.
If you do, more than likely than not the FAA will be involved at some point.
You will not fair well if it gets to that point.
Bottom line, you were in his way. Permission from a guy with a handheld radio wont mean much.

Is this airport Tower controlled?
Was there a NOTAM issued for the airport specifying model airplane activity?
