I just drilled a prop with a DLE 30 guide and it won't fit, just a hair small for the RCGF 32. I'll post dimensions when I finish making a guide.

The RCGF 32 worked out to have a 27mm (1.063") bolt circle. I made a drill guide from some leftover steel bar stock that was on hand and it worked out perfectly. I initially used a numbered drill, #22 for the bolt hole guides but that's a really close fit for the 4mm screws at about 3.95mm. I went to an SAE 11/32" drill which has a little more clearance than the #22 but nowhere nearly as much clearance as the 4.5mm drill provided in the commercially made drill guide that was for the DLE 30/35/55.

Anyone know what the Roto 85FSI uses?

I obtained a big box of giant scale props. Some new, some pre-drilled. I have some that have a 6 bolt 22mm diameter pattern.. Not sure what engines these are for... any ideas? I didn't see any 6 bolt patterns on your guide. (WONDERFUL guide by the way!).

Good chance if they are 6 bolt, they will work with anything 3w, DA, ZDZ, DLE, RCGF, etc....
Thing you have to measure is actual bolt diameter and spacing. Also, what size props are they? My 106CS uses six bolts as does many 70cc and up. The prop chart can help with that. List some of the sizes, that can help also.

That's the problem... this is a 6 bolt 22mm diameter bolt pattern... the guide that you have here does NOT list anything with a 22mm bolt pattern . Yes, these props will work on lots of engines, but they are already drilled out to fit something with the above bolt pattern... Any help would be appreciated!
