Help!
Q75 spring start lube procedure

So I'm totally new to gassers, and recently picked up a Q75 with the spring starter. I've seen lots of references to lubing the starter's bearing, but haven't been able to find how it is done. Does the bearing just slide off the shaft, then get packed with grease like any wheel bearing? I'm reluctant to start tearing stuff apart at this point unless I really need to. Any help will be greatly appreciated. TIA!

If you take the bolt that anchors the spring to the mount it will slide right off. Q tip and some grease and you are in business for another couple of years..

Thanks 2, that makes sense. I wasn't sure if the bearing was a slip fit or a press fit.

A man from the town so nice, they named it twice!
