If you go to their facebook page, they also have 2 new schemes for the 2.6 Edge.

bpetty620:
I will be at the Joe Nall for sure ! Hope to see you there and do some flying.
I personally think it's the best looking plane sine the 3.3 Yak from CARF, IMO.

FastnLow:
This just came out of the molds two days ago. Plan to test fly in about two weeks.
I know they are working on another scheme but I have not seen it yet. You can always request a custom scheme also.

Mithrandir:
The plane's outline is very true to the 3-view of the SU-31 we had. Stretching the nose, tail, moving the stab location is all in an effort to make a better aerobatic flying airplane. Everything is a compromise when trying to make an aerobatic plane. If you follow the true to scale dimensions, Sukhois don't fly very well as a model. So, you try to adjust things for better flight qualities. We should test fly in two weeks. This should prove we made the right adjustments, hopefully.

If you look at the top view of the CARF, the canopy looks closer to the scale location and the nose looks longer in front of the wing.

I realize that we must live with the "corrections" that the plane makers want us to have, but it sure would be nice to have scale options. The paint scheme is acceptable, but the bottom is not that attractive.
