EXTREME FLIGHT 78" EXTRA ELECTRIC CRASH

This is an older crash of mine - these were the remains after I got to the crash site - 5mins after impact. 65c battery baby - pros and cons.

Lost the aircraft in the sun , then looped the wrong way and then lost orientattion as it was too far away.

I got a new one the day after.

Crashed on Oct 13th. The new one was airborne on the 30th of October.

holy shite! had it landed two feet closer to the hay-roll, you would have seen a fire-ball.
Additional comment, if you do not mind, and I am sorry that has happened to your airplane, but that was a nice airplane, and that picture shows it burnt to a crisp! Never seen that before on an Extreme Flight Extra. Sorry man...

yeah - lucky there. I found a piece of the prop on the hay-bail. the aircraft must have bounced back. It was in a full throttle loop into the ground. There was a big pop heard even from ~900 ft away.

atleast it went out with a bang!

Not a great way to celebrate National Model Aviation Day. 2nd flight of the day, got airborne then headed straight for the ground. Lots of theories but none makes sense for a great flying plane with over 125 flights. I guess it was time.

I recognize that field. Sorry for your 260 Bob. Glad you didn't go in back it the swamp grass. That place is a mess. Lucky if you find anything back there without a drone.

Might see you soon if you guys are having the fly-in this year
