Ha ha, just kidding. Nobody will ever notice it. Just kinda replying to you previous post.

Rebuilding

Pancaked hard on our asphalt runway a couple of weeks ago. So hard in fact that when it hit, both wheels went rolling down the runway because both axles sheared off. Thankfully EF had all of the parts in stock including landing gear (front and rear), axles, SFG's, wheel pants, wheel skirts etc. At least when the wheel pants went through the wings they didn't hit any formers. Finally get to put her back up in the air tomorrow

Nice job Rich
I feel your pain although mine was less severe. Ran out of fuel in a harrier couple feet off the ground (grass) so it had some momentum lukicly didnít rip the landing gear block just broke the LG, prop and the cuffs and some of the side sheeting. Got her almost ready just waiting on parts from EF

Happy to report after 1 trim flight, and 6 really hard flights all of the repairs held up What an awesome flying bird, and a great testament to the strength of these new CF frames!

Hey gents. I have read through a lot of this thread but really don't find the answer. With a 70cc on a can, would you use a pull-pull or push-pull? Thx!

I'm kind of a hack. I don't have any video of my big Laser yet, but here's my 60" Laser

My use of excessive graphics is an attempt to make up for lack of flying skills

60" Laser - Multiple Personalities (1 min 10 sec)

So mine is pretty much ready to go, I’m running the 2-1 header and canister, rudder servo in the tail and the two RX batts by the fuel tank. I did a quick CG check by tying string around the wing tube and I’m pretty nose heavy, anyone else running the same setup and nose heavy also?

I have the same motor and canister setup. I started with my two 3600mAh LiPo's on the rudder tray and after a few flights ended up with them next to the tank which I prefer for my flying style. Here's the good news, this airframe is very forgiving, and it's wasn't difficult to fly with the LiPo's in either position, just felt better up front for me. Give them a try up front and seee how you like it. It won't fly nose heavy with them up there. You're going to love this plane
