I like the Graupner line of radios. What is the advantage of the dual 2.4GHz RF modules in the MZ-32 over this radio? Is it worth the extra $300. I only fly fixed wing but do fly large scale planes: 14' or so.

I also like the servo balance features.

I did some reasearch on Graupner: The MZ-16 US version has Dual RF. This adds range, redundancy, and are diversity. (per Graupner)

Major difference mechanically between MZ-16 and MZ-32 is the addition of hall effect gimbals. (plus another 16 channels of course)

there are two versions, one with 1 module and another with 2 modules for $100 extra

a customer from Russia bought the version with 2 modules.... when he received it he then decided to open the radio up and suprirse surprise.... there was only 1 module inside.

you can only bind 1 Rx to 1 module, even though they are two independent modules they both get the signal from the same source.
it might be useful in case one module fails but in no way it will give you more range.
