The reason I ask about the elevator is that with only one servo there is usually substantial flex in the other half of the elevator due to a flexible joiner. 2 small elevator servos like the Hitec HS-65-MG work great for this application....IMHO

Thanks!

That is absolutely a nonissue with this plane. The joiner is substantial and heavily reinforced with G10. We've been flying the he'll out of these things during the testing phase and have never had even a hint of flex problems.

Unlike the previous ( and yes, will still be available ) 58" Extra the two seperate stabs was in case you decided to use a glow option on it in which case the extra elevator servo helped balance the airframe. Of course if you went electric with it, it was as simple as gluing the halves together.

The elevator on the Edge is not two piece as this airframe is NOT intended for a glow motor and is reinforced. Flexing is NOT going to be a problem.

Sure looks like a real winner to me! Just hope there will be a different scheme or a third option. For some reason the scheme on their edges dont do it for me just a real turn off. Their extras and yaks look sick though! Excellent job on the plane though long with all their other planes they are developing an elite line way better than most on the market.

Is the blue/yellow identical to the 50cc version on the underside?

Hey Guys ,
After seeing the onboard video you can see that the elevator does flex a bit ... ;-)
Greetings,
Bruno .
