Help!
How does one unlock a servo?

I have a JR 8711 servo that needs to be unlocked. JR no longer does service so I want to know what should do.

Thanks!

Pull out a credit card and call a vendor. It's toast.

I suspect the motor burnt up in it. If not the servo, the top case has worn out.

For service, check with DeeForce. I think they have a service center in Illinois????

Take it apart and post pictures here. If theres a way to fix it we can all theorize. Plus some of us may have possible donor parts.

IMHO, jr 8711s were the schiznatch back in their day

It also moves freely without the gears moving, so I guess its more than just the case or motor inside... Whats file 13? Ill check later today.

Take a pic of the top case. The inside of it.
