Thanks for all the suggestions I have been looking at what is available.

Most of the sites sell battery packs, I was hoping to buy just the single cells so I can configure for my specific needs.

Radical will sell seperate cells: https://radicalrc.com/category/A123-...ells-Packs-199, if you are planning on making up your own packs then you should also order the battery bars.
Radical can also build custom pack shapes that will have spot welded connections.
