That was probably my favorite plane ever.

Cool, I'm very interested in this model. I'd like to see more flight video other than the few seconds they have on their website. I like how they have the option to use two or four servos for the ailerons

I'm interested to see what access someone would have for batteries if setup with an electric power system. I see that the canopy comes off but how about in front of the top cabanes near the cowl? Usually the batteries in the 50-60cc size electrics need to be pretty far forward to achieve the proper CG. I would use the same setup as all my other large electric setups.. I'm really hoping to see more info on this bipe soon. I'm planning a 70cc project for the fall and this looks like a strong contender. I'd love to see some more videos though.

Guys...we have been traveling a lot. David is on his way home from Austria and I am on my way from Austria to China.
We will try our best to post a longer video as soon as we can. We are planning a video showing flight performance (longer) and feature/details of the airframe.

Good to here. We understand... looking forward to more details, and if any color options.

Hey QQ,

Could you share some info with us on the structure of the Mamba? Is it all lite ply/balsa or are you incorporating carbon fibre too?

Mamba project s moving well!,
Here some pictures where you can see a removable top hatch. This is very important for bipes. In that floor you can place gas tank, smoke tank, servo choke (DA60). Also this removable hatch allow easy installation of lipo packs if some one wants to convert to electric. The packs could move forward against firewall if need it.
The hatch has no bolts. Uses 4 hooks that force down the hatch as it slides forward. Canopy uses two pins in the front and hatch latch in the rear (no bolts).
Some of the pictures shows how much room is there for canister, canisters or tune pipe/pipes.
I'll be posting more pictures.
Thanks.

Is there enough room for two 16 oz tanks side by side?

Hey Quique

Thanks for the new pictures. The Mamba definitely looks like something special. Do you have any more info for us on color schemes, and availability?
