#20 drill bit, 4.0894mm (.161")

I struck out at my local hardware stores and ordered a couple from Chief Aircraft.
Great running little engine! 13/32 for the center hole.

Slightly larger is never a problem if you can't find something quite as precise as mentioned. The clamping force is more important than the lateral tolerance. Plus a bit loose in size (bolts, not center) allow for imperfections.
10mm for the center and 4mm for the bolts are the standard.

I use whatever bit fits my drill jig. Some jigs are supplied with the proper size bit.
