I recently obtained an VVRC 26 , which looks a RCGF 26. I was told that the thread on the prop shaft is 8x 1.25 same as a DLE 20. The jam nuts from my DLE do not fit . Can anyone pls tell em what that thread size in fact is ? Is it possibly 8 x1.0 ? That is just a guess on my part .

The DLE 20 is 8X1.0mm per page 11 - DLE 20 Operator's Manual.

Mine is the coarse thread -1.25.

Are you referring to DLE 20 or the VVRC 26 ?

I just checked the dle 20 prop shaft thread is 8.0 x 1.25 .

My Rcgf is 8X1.25. I was told by a spinner manufacturer that they had seen the coarse and fine threads on these engines at random.

Very interesting.
I have a DLE 20cc,VVRC 20CC and RCGF 20CC 2 CYL. All 3 measure 8mmX1 shaft size and props mounted with Du-Bro Cat no. 734 aluminum spinner prop nuts.
