1.5 years after original expected date.......I had my name on one of the first to come to the USA and bought a plane specifically to test it. Gave up on the wait but I'll be very curious to see what others find.

Right now I'd say the newest GP123 is the engine to beat in order to make it competitive option.

Who announced that release date and when?

Since day one the only information I have seen is "Coming soon" on the manufacturer's site. As we know "soon" is a stretchy thing. I have signed on the preliminary interest list immediately I saw this engine on the zdz.eu. Since I didn't hear from the manufacturer for quite some time I contacted them in March. The estimate then was late June. At that time they were waiting for cylinders from the foundry.

I too bought a plane just for this engine. Or to be honest, the ZDZ will replace DA120 in one of my existing planes. The DA120 will power my winter project when it's ready.

It was not public info. 140 has been in process for two years. Hope it is stellar.

American supply contact me. He’s contacting zdz direct. But no reply as yet.

Will post when I find out if he’s got in touch with them. As all zdz distributors in Europe I’ve contacted told me they’ve not heard from them for a while. That on its own is worrying. As the 60cc I have is nearly new. I just need a drill jig for prop and prop spanner.
