Hey guys we are here. I'll copy pertinant info from the other post so everyone is up to speed on this weekends activities.

The Airport Manager, Rich Bevis is committed to having a great event for us at our new location. The airport runs a large skydiving outfit. I have been promised that they will not conflict with us and we will not conflict with them. They have two Cessna Caravans and a King Air, all of these planes will be able to takeoff from the midpoint of the runway departing south and land from the south reguardless of wind direction. This means that their activities will all be from the midpoint of the airport and south and we will be on the north end of the runway. This is a big relief for us, as you can see from Hubbs pics the area is HUGE.... There will be areas for camping and trailers. There also will be a hanger for us to put our planes in at night so we don't have to take them apart. This place has everything ready for us to use and make for a great event.

We also have lots of pilot prizes and goodies for everyone. Here are the final cost for the weekend and some more details. The cost of the weekend will be $30.00 for Imac members and $40.00 for non-members. You must have your card present to get the discount so don't forget it. Included in the cost you will get one $5.00 Lunch coupon, and 5 Raffle tickets, and 1 pilot prize ticket.

Have you seen the raffle prizes???? It is amazing what we will be giving away. We have and 35%OMP Extra 300 with a DA85, that is the grand prize. The second chance prize is an ExtremeFlight 78" Extra 300 with an engine. Tickets are only $1.00 and 25 for $20.00 (buy as many as you wish) Pilot prize sponsors for our event are: Carden Aircraft, B&E Graphics, Smartfly, TNT Landing Gear, TBM, Hobbico, Horizon, Aeroworks, and hopefully a few more....

Once the page loads you will see the airport in the upper left corner. It is easy to find. We will be on the north/east end of the field. From rt 4 turn north onto Germantown Rd. pass the Frisches Big Boy and turn Left onto Wedekind Dr. then turn into the first gate on the right and follow the signs.

1st annual Ric's Contest Wiffle Ball game.......i think the plan as of now is to play a wiffle ball game on saturday evening after the flying is over. this was inspired by dad and Hubb playing wiffle ball at the field with Kaitie a few weeks ago. so everybody bring your wiffle ball gear and we should have a great time.

I want Kaitie on my team!!!!

This sounds like a blast.....

There will be a perfect area for this and I will get some prizes for the winning team...

What is the street address for Hook Field?

the street name is Widekind Dr. Middletown OH 45042....you will turn left off of Rt 4 and you will turn right at the first gate you come to...it will be in between a few hangars.
