Autobody fillers contain polyester resin. That will melt away the white foam.

I can vouch for making new things up as I go.. I rebuilt a new wing tube socket for the used 91" EF extra I had a while back.. Tried bondo glass & resin and it shrank on the wing tube.. Tried again using z-pacers low cure "fiberglassing resin" and 24 hrs later and a little push and I had a perfect replacement... Threads like this are inspiring...

I'm kinda narrowing down my winter projects and I have decided to part with the orange viper 100cc ST. I've decided on an ARF purchase and need to clear one out first. It will only go as is: no engine, servos or wiring.....just bare ARF with j&j tailwheel, carbon main gear and dubro or similar main wheels and Robart axles. Ready for your da100, dle111 or dle120 will bolt right in depending on mufflers.

$700 cash, paypal is good if you cover fees. I'm going to place an actual ad after a week or two so let me know if you are interested.

Will you make parts if needed for the next owner?

If I had the money I would buy it but medical bills add up quick.

Working on a cowl plug for the next build. Working on having kits available soon for the Viper-ST 100cc. New cowl will work with DA100, DLE111 and DLE120. Not quite wide enough for the DA120 (straight plugs) but that engine is not recommended for this plane anyway.
