Just a suggestion but I would look into adding separate aileron servos / pockets. I always had issues with the one center ail servo location.

This was by far my favorite plane I had. Built one when I was an 11th grader. Was a little speed crazy at the time though. Put a YS .61 short stroke with a MAC's tuned pipe. Was way over kill I know, but was an absolute bullet. Enjoy it.

I've got my kobra at a similar stage to yours. I have the fuse mostly done, and the wing is the same. What style of tail are you going to build?

Yeah but torque rods were pretty popular back then and as long as you weren't doing the .61 power with tuned pipe like was mentioned this guy should be fine with his power plant choice on this plane.
Having said that, if it were mine I would do double servos for sure.

Im trying to build the plane as Stock its posible i think the center servos its a good working system that almost all of the planes of that time have, and now with a Digital high torque servo would be better.

Also i want to keep it Light im using a .36 engine

I'm doing mine up with the F-16 tail. I may put covering over mine using the windex method

I believe it is when you apply windex onto the back of the covering, put the covering down on the desired part of the plane, and use a squeegee to push all the excess windex out. Your then let it sit overnight and then it is firmly stuck down.
