Its that time once again! The 3rd Annual Woodstock IMAC is getting closer! We had an awesome turnout last year, and it is sure to be bigger this year!
Woodstock IMAC, August 8th + 9th, 2009 at the Woodstock Airport in South Woodstock CT. Woodstock airport is a private full scale runway with a 2200x75 asphault runway as well as a 600x75 grass runway. All classes. All classes will fly national unknowns except Basic. Entry fee $30 for IMAC members, $40 for non-IMAC members.
Camping onsite is available, no hookups for RVs. Please email me if you plan on bringing an RV so we can plan accordingly (john_banks@hotmail.com).
Field will be available for practice Friday. I will be onsite Friday, spotters required on Friday due to full scale traffic possibilities and nearby Danielson Airport.
Food will be available onsite Saturday and Sunday.

Nearby attractions for family/spouses include Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino, Day Pond State Park, and Old Sturbridge Village, Sturbridge, Mass.

Reminder!!!!! Woodstock IMAC 2009 this coming weekend! Pre-registration has been busy and its looking to be another great contest once again this year! Field is open Friday for practice. I know that there will be several of us out there getting ready for the event! Please feel free to come and use the facility as there will be spotters available if you don't have your own. Is that Carden actually going to fit in there? I remember last year the Yak was a bit "snug".

At this time I bailed on this one due to family issues, but now it may be possible for me to come Saturday for a bit to help out. It all depends on a few things aligning like the sun/moon/stars, my sanity , things like that

ok...let me get this straight, your coming in flying a cirrus with the carden and your dad packed inside? thats pretty rock starish for you neil.

Good point, I see Steve Stanton is registered so I'd bet that's how it's getting there but then Neil may have built in a way to separate the Carden into a few smaller pieces to fit into the Cirrus
