Extreme Flight 100cc Extra
Am I the only guy asking for one of these? I have the 50cc version and it flies awesome. I figure the 100cc version would be just as good. I remember seeing a Beta version at an IMAC contest a couple years back but no release as of yet. Who else wants one?

Last I heard there might be a 104" and a 110" versions. Nothing is concrete till it is in their warehouse so don't pin everything on this. Just in talking to Chris that was his initial direction, keep in mind during flight testing of prototypes, marketing, production schedules...........things change.

Definitely need the r/w/b scheme like the 50cc and the 123"!!

I'm ready to pull the pin on a new plane but have been holding out for this one. Why a 104" and later a 110"? I guess more wing flies better. I see you have the DA 120 in yours. Necessary or will the DA 100 pull it around ok? What's the rtf weight? Thanks for the info Daniel!

The 104" Extra will be very light weight and the DA-100 will definitely do the job! The pics are of Chris Hinson's 104" Extra at the last Huckfest.
The 104" Extra will be able to fly on an 85 if desired and will be great with anything up to 120cc. It is more aggressive than the 110 with it's smaller size and will lend it's self to freestyle flying even more than the 110. The 110 will be fully 3D capable and a great freestyle plane as well, but is made more around the DA-120 on pipes and will be an awesome IMAC plane for someone who doesn't want the 40% cost, but still wants the superior IMAC performance of one. The 60cc, 90" version is coming soon as well! Show871, yes, they had a little mishap with it, but that's the best pic that I had of the bottom scheme. |
