Yep, sure was Phil. Aside from the on site repair with a set of used wings I had there, it was an AWESOME event!

We hate to see anything like this and feel for any of our pilots that have any issues with one of our planes. Throughout the past Edge productions (over 6 years and hundreds of planes) we always make changes to improve or modify the planes as necessary.

We are always trying to improve our QB line and give the best product and support possible.

The OP will be contacted to address this unfortunate situation.

Thanks

I really believe Aeroworks has one of the most well built ARF's on the market, and if we as owners/pilots have to do a little work here and there to help them take the abuse we put them through, then I'm good with it. Splitting my ailerons will surely fix my issues and is a simple fix to end up with a great flying airplane. I think most people who buy these ARF airplanes go through them with either CA or thinned epoxy on glue joints for piece of mind, and I bet it truly makes a difference in the long life of them

Rocco is a cool guy and does take pride In his designs. Best thing to do is call and speak with him about your issue.
Looks like Rocco is already reaching out and trying to solve this. So until further info is brought forth let's let them solve it.

Ira, That was my plane at the Hemet field Saturday. The plane that's my avatar is the plane that had the failure. I spoke with Rocco today and have resolved this issue.

Glad to hear things are getting sorted out.

I forgot to mention I recently picked up an aeroworks 100CC ultimate, so am looking forward to getting it flown. Had the 50CC python for a short while and the quality was superb!
