Ok Nice little order on the way From DA

Then we can get cracking on:
-Rudder Push/Pull setup - Using a 5.5in Swb arm
-More servos wiring
-Throttle servo setup - 1 Inch swb arm.

Stay tuned

Two Small updates, After 2 hours figured out a good choke solutions lots of cowl on and off hahah

It will be access via the front lower area that i have filled in (Balsa with Carbon film on the font) To spot any air flow disruption to the carb and cooling in general.
There will be about 10mm of carbon rod that stick out of the grommet to pull it on and push the choke off

what a mission hahah.

Also got the header that was touching the cowl to clear with about 10mm now, its a little shorter and is slightly angled now.
So ill add some heat reflective tape of the side of the cowl in this area to help keep the radiant heat away.

And Installed the top cowl to lower cowl mounting screws, But this is temp setup as ill change this to m3 button heads with captive nuts when i can laser cut some ply discs for the t-nuts to attach too.

Very impressive work!!! Your ship is looking awesome. I'm really liking that fakey carbon-fiber material... (it didn't fool me though.. haha)... I fully get that concept. Very clever indeed! I've used that sparkly gritty blackish sandpaper for that very type of thing, which looks classy too... but the c/f fake material takes my similar idea up a notch... You have a great attention to detail all around.

I'm getting many ideas from your thread. I'll look forward to the finish... whenever that might be.

Why thank you!!, Im pretty happy with the way it is coming along.

Its gotta look good , Dont like Messy crappy looking stuff lol Even it is takes 6 times longer lol

Id like to think in a few weeks i should be done, hhahah - But perfection takes time hahah

Aiming to get the headers finished next week and then Glue control horns followed by Programming the Xbus servos and then installing them

My DA order arrived so i have more goodies.

WOW

Lately its getting difficult to follow what is actually being said in most threads. Apparently everyone found the emoticons and are living out the dreams of most 13 year old girls. That is nice clean install with the electronics.: 2aa:
